Jeremiah 1:5 says, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”
God knows us intimately before we are even born. He knows what we’ll look like and who we are called to be. The Bible says God knits us together in our mothers’ wombs. Christ calls His believers to love one another, to defend the helpless and to share His message of love, hope, and compassion. He wants us to be vessels that love and compassion can flow through to the world around us. Sometimes that love comes through supplying a needy mom with supplies for her baby; sometimes it comes in sharing the gospel with her. We are His hands and feet to those in need.
